Does the widget make my website fully accessible?

No. It provides complementary customization features. Accessibility also depends on website structure, content, forms and other components. The widget is not a certification of conformance.

Does it replace an accessibility audit?

No. The audit feature is included in Business and Enterprise. A full human evaluation and remediation have their own scope, defined in the proposal.

Does it work on every website?

Compatibility must be checked on your platform, browser and project pages. Third-party integrations and security restrictions may require adjustments.

Can I use my company's branding?

Brand configuration may include the launcher icon, company brand and accessibility statement link, depending on the plan and approved features.

Does the solution include Brazilian Sign Language?

VLibras is included in Business and Enterprise. This feature is not a human Brazilian Sign Language interpreting service.

How long does implementation take?

The schedule is provided after assessing the environment, required access and availability of the team responsible for the website.

Does read aloud replace a screen reader?

No. Read aloud (TTS) is different from a screen reader and is included from the Professional plan.

Does the widget affect speed or collect data?

Loading impact and data handling must be checked for the selected configuration. These points are documented before activation; we do not promise zero impact or no data collection without that analysis.

How do support and cancellation work?

Channels, hours, response times, contract term, renewal and cancellation rules are described in the proposal and agreement.
